DATA-VERSE U

DATA-VERSE U is part of 2ENTER studios' latest project: Project DATA-VERSE, this project focuses on "real-time network information visualization" and builds upon this technique to create a world, a universe which combines the objective Dat and our own subjective artistic vision. Hence the name Data-Verse, and this time we shift the focus from Web2 to Web3.

This work is an online personal collection space for Web 3 residents. It undertakes and extends the technology of Project DATA-VERSE and uses the advantages of open data through blockchain. This space will take in the collection into multiple posters and photos, which were posted in this personal space, and also interact and change the atmosphere to form what’s unique for you at a point in time whenever you open it.

Various symbolic items for Taiwanese youth are what built the room, Taiwanese tiles, wooden desks and so on to resonate with the living space of our real world self. And the information outside the window is constantly intermingled, changing and flowing. This is another Web2based work in Project DATA-VERSE, DATA-VERSE Taipei. As we collect online information about Taipei, all this information interacts and collides. Being the transition zone between indoor and out door space, the window also symbolizes the referral port between Web2 and Web3, through which the two network types echo with each other.

A traditional Chinese Calendar uses 365 pages to indicate each day in a year. You use it by peeling off the front page once the day is over. 2ENTER digitized the process of changing pages each and every single day. The calendar changes its appearance based on the month and the current season.
